Our Location

Based on the outskirts of the thriving Spanish town of Velez-Malaga and on the Rio Velez noted as one of the best bird watching locations in Andalucía. We are also central to all bird watching locations and have easy access to the motorway N340.

Malaga airport is 45 minutes away, Lake Vinuela is 10 minutes and the beach is 10 minute drive away also should you decide that you want a days break.

Being just on the edge of town we are surrounded by Avocado and olive plantations a haven for all sorts of wildlife.

The garden is surrounded by lots of natural vegetation and attracts lots of the more common birds and the occasional rare one.

The walk into town should you wish is 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
